Jackson is a graduate of West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria and grew up here on Vancouver Island. He was drawn to Massage Therapy after having received treatments for some persistent injuries. Jackson's treatment style takes influence from myofascial release techniques, and he approaches the body in a holistic manner. Sessions may vary with the areas being treated while having the client's overall goals in mind; they can often include active techniques with some client participation-gentle movement and breathing exercises with intention to increase body awareness.

Amy graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelors' Degree in Medical Rehabilitation (Physical Therapy) in 2004. Madeleine’s first experience with massage therapy was as a young athlete. She injured her back while on the wrestling team and was unable to train or compete. The treatment and education she received changed her life! Not only was she able to participate in the sport she loved, but it inspired her to become a Registered Massage Therapist herself. She completed the 3,000 hour program at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, British Columbia in 2013. Madeleine enjoys helping people reduce their pain so they can do the things they need to do and the things they love to do. She incorporates facial work, Swedish massage, focused breathing, some deep tissue work, and lots of relaxation.

During this time he has gained experience in working with individuals with varying impairments such as: motor vehicle accidents,sports injuries, scar tissue, fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disease, disc herniation, osteoarthritis and many muscular and joint impairments. Using many different massage modalities such as deep tissue, general Swedish massage, dynamic techniques, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy, he has been able to help a wide variety of patients find relief from chronic or acute injuries. Spencer has always had a passion for human anatomy and finding out how it works as well as solving the puzzles when it doesn’t. When he’s not working with patients, Spencer can usually be found out playing a round of golf, hiking in the forest with his family, or walking along the many beaches of Nanaimo.

He settled in BC where he obtained his BC Registration. In '98, he owned and operated the successful North Burnaby Massage Therapy Clinic until he decided to relocate his family to Vancouver Island in 2003. Rob developed and taught massage and anatomy in a training program for Tigh-Na-Mara. In the treatment room expect myofascial release and deep tissue. Rob has a strong, confident, easy style. She has a passion for healing in the human body and continues an ongoing education for different types of therapy in manipulation. Her approach to practice is to gain knowledge of the client by listening, and understanding clients needs. She likes to centre her treatments around client’s goals and help them by using a variety of techniques that best suit their requirements. With a natural attraction towards all things physical mixed with years of meditation experience, Izzy balances his innate inclination to keep moving with the serenity of stillness and finds these qualities at their peak while practising massage therapy. Izzy actually started his massage journey in Zenthai Shiatsu Therapy in Australia, he then returned to Canada and brought with him his new found skill, art and passion. After which he decided to become a well rounded therapist to bring together the Holistic perspective of Eastern bodywork with the in depth Western scientific understanding of the human body by becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. Bringing full awareness to every session and every touch, he aims to bring vitality and tranquillity to every massage experience.
