CANCELATION POLICY
Just as you appreciate notice of any changes to your appointments, we request the same.
No charge for appointments cancelled with 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice: First time, we will let you off the hook. Second time, you will be billed at 50% of the visit fee. Subsequently, you will be charged the regular price for your visit. (Please help us avoid this.) Missed appointments cannot be billed through your benefits. |

We offer DIRECT BILLING to: Pacific Blue Cross Green Shield Desjardins Great West Life (Sunlife) Lumino health Manulife Chamber of Commerce ... and others (inquire) RCMP DVA (Dept of Veteran’s Affairs) Your RMT may be paid directly from your insurance company in accordance with your plan benefits. We recommend you check your coverage details with your provider before your first visit to confirm if your plan is eligible for e-claims, if you require a doctor’s referral, etc. Our therapists are not currently billing directly to either ICBC or WCB. 
VIU STUDENTS:
Your VIU student medical coverage (through Greenshield) can be billed directly for your appointment. |
